  1. Great first episode, my friend. What began for me in college with dramatic increases in heart rate, extreme dizziness, and profuse sweating, led to a number of doctor visits to rule out any physical maladies. Eventually diagnosed by a mental health professional with an anxiety disorder, I’ve coped for years using a variety of methods. Thanks for sharing your story. I look forward to following along.

    1. Thanks, Todd. I had a similar experience when I was younger, and it’s so difficult to accept our minds can do that to our bodies. I know I struggled with that often and in talking to the doctors was so frustrated that the answers never really came.

I’ so glad you’ve found things that help you cope. That’s a hard thing to do and quite an accomplishment. Thanks for following along and I’m glad you’re here.
